Life Lesson Number 1: The past doesn’t matter.
There’s a saying that the past doesn’t matter, and that is true. Throw aside the past because it cannot be changed. However, sometimes, the past makes you who you are. The past teaches you things that no one else can teach you, like experiences. And without them, you won’t learn. Take it like Donna, even though she doesn’t have a mother who loves her, she doesn’t waste time thinking about it. If she has done that, she will only make herself feel upset, so instead, she strives for an adventure! Therefore, all you can do is move on, and that will change your future.
Life Lesson Number 2 : Live life like the sun!
When I say live life like the sun, yes, I mean metaphorically. What I mean by this, is to brighten up the dark clouds that are appearing upon your parade. Don’t fall ill into depression, I know it’s hard but sometimes it is better to fall out of it. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to live your whole life in a pothole forever, isolating yourself from society. It’s not a good feeling. I know based on experience, negativity is not good for the soul. If you are down, remember this, come back smiling the next day, and you will feel much better. Change comes from within.
Life Lesson Number 3 : Take risks.
I’m NOT saying to risk your life. NO! DON’T DO THAT! Do something extraordinary once in a while. Do something that makes you happy. Do something that you’re passionate about. Do something that interests you. Life is short. It’s better not to waste time, for time is limited.
Life Lesson Number 4 : Appreciate!
As I said in Life Lesson Number 3, life is short. It is not to scare you or anything but it is reality; nothing stays the same. Appreciate things around you, like my mom tells me, count your blessings! And I do, I always thank my mother whenever she helps me with things I do not understand. For one day those things will leave you. So if you want to spend an evening or lunch or dinner or anything with someone you love or adore, do it! Don’t hesitate! Go for it! No matter who it may be, your parents, brother, sister, your servant, boyfriend/girlfriend, the sweeper in your school or university, the cleaner from the shopping malls, or whoever – give them some gratitude for being part of your life!
Life Lesson Number 5 : Make Connections
Leave your comfort zone, and put yourself out there! You want to make a living from whatever you want to do, be it, an artist, painter, writer, musician, Booktuber, blogger, singer, Authortuber, or whoever you want to be. You got to put yourself out there if you want to do what you love. Make connections with companies, agencies, or an owner of a restaurant, like Donna did. You never know who you’re going to meet, and what opportunities are waiting for you. Go to an event, or make new friends! Who knows? They might be ones who will lend you a hand in future or stay by your side whenever you need them. You won’t know unless you try it.
